“Field” is a market in a long site with stores lined on the two sides. We would like to create a landscape that can be shared by the people.
A rectilinear river is placed along the central axis, designating the outdoor space of each store. The river seems to disconnect the activities on the two halves, yet it is the focus in the site that attracts people. The stepping stones and footbridges across the river allow people to meander through the two sides. With trees, plants, benches and coffee tables distributed along the river, the human activities blend in with the nature.
Two wooden platforms are set on top of the river, providing places for events and gathering. Besides, street-facing balconies are created to further enrich the interaction at different levels.

市集的店鋪分佈在長形基地的兩側，我們希望為這個市集的店家及遊人創造一個可共享的景觀環境。
設計在基地的中軸線置入一條直線分明的人工河流，清𥇦劃分出左右兩排店鋪前的空間，表面上看似將基地分成兩半，但實質上河流本身成為整個市集的焦點，透過水面上的石級及木橋，鼓勵人們在其中跨越，在兩側穿梭，更隨心地在市集中遊走。沿河兩側列有樹木、植物、長椅及咖啡桌等，讓人們的活動與自然生態能順著水體景觀交螎。
河上設有兩個木板鋪設的平台，既是橋，又是廣場，為市集提供一個可聚集或舉辦活動的場所。此外，我們又刻意為兩層高的店鋪創造更多面向街道的陽台，讓店家及遊人有更多樣化的互動。
